GREYSTONE — St. Vincent’s One Nineteen will host its first Empowering Women seminar this weekend.

The seminar will be Sept. 7 from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at One Nineteen. The event, which focuses on health, beauty and wellness education, will kick off with a presentation from national beauty expert Celeste Hilling, the CEO of Skin Authority.

Attendees will also be able to attend sessions on hot topics in women’s health, mommy makeovers, preparing for pregnancy, reducing women’s cardiovascular health risks, healthy cooking and self-defense.

The event will also include a health and beauty expo, which will feature make-up consultations, chair massages, free workouts and swims, health evaluations, healthy cooking demonstrations and $99 mammograms.
