Alabaster

Sept. 27

-Criminal mischief third degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged was a window in the amount of $350 and stolen were a purse valued at $400, a billfold valued at $25, a driver’s license, a credit card valued at $1, a book bag valued at $25 and a Social Security card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were a crowbar valued at $20 and a pair of gloves valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were credit cards, a purse valued at $600 and $650 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 60 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a cell phone valued at $594.99.

-Harassment from the Alabaster Police Department (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of

First Street North (highway, street). Confiscated was Loritab valued at $50.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home). Stolen were a mower valued at $400, a generator valued at $600, a chainsaw valued at $400, an edger valued at $200, an attachment valued at $129, a miter saw valued at $400 and a tool set valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $801 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Tanglewood Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a laptop computer valued at $599.99.

-Domestic violence third degree and menacing from the 200 block of Park Village Circle (residence, home). Confiscated was a knife.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and carrying a concealed weapon from Highway 119 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a revolver.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of City Park Lane. Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree form the 100 block of City Park Lane. Stolen were a cell phone valued at $500, an iPod valued at $100, a Visa card, a credit card and an AAA card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of City Park Lane.

-Death investigation from the 1100 block of Henry Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Warrior Drive. Stolen were an iPod valued at $230, Nike Sliders valued at $75 and a cable valued at $15.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Thompson Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen were electronic communications valued at $100, $20 in U.S. currency and $100 in silver coins.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Thompson Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen were wallets valued at $20, documents, credit cards and $50 in U.S. currency.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 200 block of Park Village Circle (residence, home). Confiscated were drugs and narcotics.

Sept. 28

-Property damage from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a lift gate in the amount of $200.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 500 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest (other, unknown). Damaged was a window in the amount of $50 and stolen was $2 in U.S. currency.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 600 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a lawn chair cushion in the amount of $29.99.

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Wal-Mart (department store). Stolen were cases of beer valued at $152.73.

-Information only report from the 1300 block of Old Boston Road (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Sunrise Court (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of property second degree from the 600 block of Winlock Cove (department store). Forged was a Visa card and stolen was $1,604.16.

-Found property from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a MasterCard.

-Information only report from the 1300 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 1000 block of First Street North (drug store). Stolen was computer hardware valued at $295.

Sept. 29

-Lost property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (other, unknown). Reported were a purse, credit cards, money, a work permit, a green card and a Social Security card.

Sept. 30

-Harassment from the 200 block of Yellowhammer Drive (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 180 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence first degree and assault first degree from the 1300 block of Highway 87 (residence, home).

Oct. 1

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 400 block of First Avenue West (other, unknown). Damaged was exterior sheeting in the amount of $50.

-Harassment from the 7300 block of Highway 119.

-Illegal possession of a credit or debit card from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (convenience store) Stolen were debit cards.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief third degree from Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was a wall in the amount of $25.

-Theft of property third degree from the 400 block of Shelby County 6. Stolen were a Browning bow valued at $300 and ammunition valued at $100.

-Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Doyle Drive. Stolen was a green garbage can valued at $100.

Sept. 26

Sept. 28

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree form the 100 block of Supercenter Drive. Stolen were a leopard skin purse, an Inspire Cell phone, a checkbook and a Lortab prescription bottle all valued at $370.

-Theft of property second degree from the 4900 block of Shelby County 42. Stolen was a motorcycle valued at $1,200.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and duty to remain at the scene of an accident from the 100 block of Shelby County 87.

-Domestic violence-strangulation and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 1800 block of 19th Street.

Sept. 29

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was an AcuRite weather radio valued at $50.

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from the 0 block of Ivanhoe Lane.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive.

-Agency assist from U.S. 31 and Eighth Avenue.

-Criminal mischief-damage to business property and burglary second degree from the 0 block of Metro Drive. Damaged were combination locks in the amount of $20 and stolen were potato chips and salsa valued at $2,028.

-Harassment-simple assault and criminal mischief from the 9700 block of Alabama 25. Damaged was a Lexus in the amount of $3,000.

-Attempting to elude a police officer from Shelby County 22 and Spring Creek Road.

-Domestic incident from the 1700 block of Shelby County 75.

-Property damage from 15th Street and Second Avenue.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 800 block of 10th Street.

Stolen were a battery charger valued at $300, a wrench set valued at $600, a socket set valued at $400, a ratchet valued at $100, a wrench set valued at $100, a socket set valued at $60 and a metric wrenches assorted set valued at $120.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft of property second degree from the 5100 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was a Wal-Mart pre-paid Visa.

-Extortion second degree from the 800 block of Kensington Manor Drive.

-Theft of property third degree from the 8400 block of U.S. 31.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Supercenter Drive.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of U.S. 31.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Alabama 70 and Waterford Parkway.

Sept. 21

-Arson I from the 200 block of Looney Road (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to an exterior door and frame, in the amount of $250 to an exterior wall and ceiling and in the amount of $25 to a wood and wicker chair.

Sept. 22

-Property damage from Highway 26 just before intersection with Highway 70 (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to two highway sign points and $500 plus damages were done to the left side and undercarriage of a white 2000 Ford Taurus.

Sept. 23

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 100 block of Phillips Circle (residence/home). Stolen was women’s underwear valued at $850.

-Escape I from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

Sept. 25

-Resisting arrest and public intoxication from the 100 block of Phillips Circle (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and attempting to elude from the 100 block of Egg & Butter Road (residence/home). Recovered were 8 Alprazolam 2 milligrams valued at $20.

Sept. 26

-Burglary III, non-residence, force from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (commercial). Stolen were three furnace power leads.

Sept. 27

-Harassing communications from the 70 block of Highway 70, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Alabama Avenue (residence/home).

-Natural death from the 100 block of Gibson Farm Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III from the 100 block of Egg & Butter Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

Sept. 27

-Miscellaneous information from Two Pesos Mexican Café (restaurant). Reported was $11,000 in U.S. currency.

-Found property from the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered were a bag valued at $40, cocoa butter valued at $8, a hammer valued at $15, a check valued at $30 and a Hoover High School ID card.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Oak Mountain State Park (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were suspected marijuana valued at $30 and a metal tube containing suspected marijuana residue.

Confiscated were suspected marijuana valued at $20, a glass pipe containing suspected marijuana residue valued at $10 and a wooden pipe containing suspected marijuana residue valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 630 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Confiscated was a glass pipe valued at $15.

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Pelham Parkway South (highway, street). Confiscated were suspected marijuana valued at $10, a bag of suspected synthetic marijuana valued at $5, a glass pipe valued at $20 and a metal socket valued at $5.

-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Ballantrae Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Clark Street (other, unknown). Stolen were a wallet valued at $20, a driver’s license valued at $25 and guitar picks valued at $5.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2000 block of Chandalar Court (parking lot, garage). Stolen were two subwoofers valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 500 block of Overhill Road (residence, home). Stolen were a saw valued at $160, a roofing gun valued at $325, a staple gun valued at $150, a finishing gun valued at $150, a drill valued at $300, Sawsall valued at $150 and a compressor valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were coins valued at $25.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 30 block of Philip Davis Street (parking lot, garage).

Oct. 1

-Discharging a firearm in city limits from the 700 block of Huntley Apartment Drive (parking lot, garage). Recovered were spent .40-caliber shell casings.

-Switched tag from the 2500 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated was an Alabama license tag.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $225, a wallet valued at $50, a Visa card, a Discover card, a Discover business card, a credit card and damaged was a Honda Pilot in the amount of $300.

-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Canterbury Road (other, unknown).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a dugout with suspected marijuana residue valued at $10 and a pinch hitter with suspected marijuana residue valued at $10.

-Domestic violence from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel).

Oct. 2

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Travelodge (hotel, motel). Confiscated was a ceramic pipe valued at $10.

-Miscellaneous information from

32 Philip Davis Street (jail, prison). Recovered was a small plastic bag of suspected cocaine.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway East (hotel, motel). Damaged was a 2011 Chevrolet EXP in the amount of $300 and stolen were a tool bag valued at $80, a power tool set valued at $1,000, a hole saw kit valued at $300, a socket set valued at $200 and a hammer drill valued at $300.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (drug store). Forged was a prescription.
