The city of Alabaster will kick off the fall season on the Buck Creek Trail on Oct. 26 by offering a bevy of family oriented activities.
Alabaster’s annual Fall Fest will be from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26 along the Buck Creek Trail, which connects Buck Creek Park to the Alabaster Senior Center and City Hall. Parking will be available at Buck Creek Park, which is off Sixth Avenue Southwest.
This year will mark the fifth-straight Fall Fest, and the free event will offer a plethora of craft vendors lining the trail, a trick-or-treat trail for children, live music, food and more.
Vendors interested in signing up for the event can do so through Oct. 18, according to the Alabaster Parks and Recreation Department. Vendor fees are $25 for a 15-by-15-foot booth, and the vendor application can be downloaded at Cityofalabaster.com/departments/parks-recreation/special-events/current-events/fall-fest-oct-27-2012/.
