Helen V. Jones White, 83, of Montevallo, passed away on Jan. 2, 2014, at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Samuel White; sons, Phillip W. White and Sammy J. White; and her daughters, Virginia Ann Moore, Tommie L. Potts and Sandra Boyd. She is also survived by her sister, Martha Jean Hutto, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

There will be a visitation for Mrs. White on Jan. 5 from 1-2 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. with burial to follow in Moores Cemetery in Montevallo. Services to be officiated by Rev. David Reed.
