HOOVER — Hoover Police responded to a bank robbery at Regions Bank at 200 Inverness Center Drive Jan. 9. No injuries were reported.

The robbery happened at about 11:30 a.m., said Hoover Police spokesman Capt. Jim Coker. The suspect, a 5-foot-10 a black male in his late 30s, passed a note to a teller. Footage from a surveillance camera shows the suspect was wearing a black and grey jacket with a vertical white stripe, blue jeans, work boots, a white hoodie and a black stocking cap.

The suspect’s vehicle is a silver two-door sedan, possibly a 90s-model Mazda, Toyota or Nissan.
