CHELSEA – The students at Forest Oaks Elementary School witnessed another historic milestone as they posted the colors for the first time on Feb. 5. Led by the Forest Oaks Cub Scout Pack #353, the students witnessed history in a special ceremony as the American flag and the Forest Oaks flag were posted on the flag pole. The ceremony concluded with the singing of the National Anthem and cheers from the faculty and staff.
