-Theft of property III from JCPenny, 340 South Colonial Drive, Alabaster (dept store). Stolen and recovered were assorted clothing valued at $258, $252.99 and $246.

Stolen were a 1/2 inch gold necklace with a free moving diamond pendant valued at $3,000, two diamond and gold dangle earrings valued at $3,500, a gold etched bangle bracelet with a slide fastener valued at $2,500 and a gold basket weave 7 inch bracelet valued at $3,000.
