FROM STAFF REPORTS

Oak Mountain kindergarten registration is April 1 from noon-6 p.m. and April 2 beginning at 7 a.m. Parents or legal guardians should come to Oak Mountain Elementary School and bring the following:

1. Your child to meet the kindergarten teachers.
2. Photo identification.
3. Certified birth certificate (issued by the state of Alabama).
4. Current Alabama immunization form (blue form).
5. Child’s Social Security card.
6. Any applicable divorce decree or court-ordered custody documents.
7. Two of the following current proofs of residency (each item should include name and address): mortgage, lease, rent receipt, power bill, gas bill or water bill.
