Man charged with selling synthetic marijuana in Columbiana

COLUMBIANA—A Columbiana man was arrested June 4 and charged with two counts of distribution of a controlled substance after allegedly selling synthetic marijuana.
Brandon Ray Wolfe, 22, did allegedly “sell, furnish, give away, deliver or distribute” synthetic marijuana on our about April 10 “at or near” the 500 block of Old Hwy 25 in Columbiana, according to court documents.
Wolfe is also charged with distributing synthetic marijuana on April 15 “at or near” the 100 block of Egg and Butter Road in Columbiana, according to documents.
Wolfe is currently being held in the Shelby County Jail on bonds totaling $30,000. Wolfe is set to appear before Judge Dan Reeves.
Distribution of a controlled substance is a Class B felony. If convicted, Wolfe could face between two and 20 years in prison for each charge.
