Vincent comes up short at Corner

By DREW GRANTHUM/Sports Editor

A valiant effort came up just a bit short for the Vincent Yellow Jackets, as the AHSAA Class 2A squad took on 5A opponent Corner. The Corner Yellow Jackets took a 39-20 win.

“We’ve got to do a better job (with) ball security,” Vincent head coach Jason Hill said. “I hate losing, but I do feel we played better. We’ve improved immensely from last week.”
