MONTEVALLO—University of Montevallo students will have more dining options this fall with the introduction of the Falcon Flex program.

Under the program, students can use their student IDs rather than cash or other forms of payment at participating local restaurants. Previously, students could use flex points at a number of on-campus dining locations other than the dining hall.

Domino’s Pizza, Eclipse, Huddle House, Joe’s Italian, Lula B’s and Subway are currently participating in the new program.

“Student ID cards can be used at these locations to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages,” Diane Kennedy-Jackson, media relations and communications manager for the university, said.

Students can also use the program at on campus options including Moe’s Southwestern Grill, Olo Sushi, Outtakes and Ollie’s at the Library.
