The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 17-21:

 

Sept. 17

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and theft of property from 1500 block of Highway 311, Shelby (residence/home).

–Theft of property from 300 block of Spring Branch Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

–Burglary from 600 block of Conroy Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

–Theft of property from 1000 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a HP laptop valued at $300 and an IPhone 5 phone charger valued at $40.

–Theft of property from 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS valued at $35,000.

–Information only from Highway 36 and Four J Road, Chelsea (highway/street).

–Harassing communications from 600 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham (other/unknown).

Sept. 18

–Theft of property from 600 block of County Road 74, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Goodman A/C unit valued at $300.

–Domestic investigation from 4900 block of Monona Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Kerry Downs Road and Tam O’Shanter Lane, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered were 13.3 grams of marijuana, 3.6 grams of buprenophine pills, one THC concentrate dab tray, one clear glass pipe with marijuana residue, four bottle caps with wrench sockets containing marijuana residue and one black scale.

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 2000 block of Brook Run, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 2000 block of Brook Run, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 5200 block of James Wood Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 2000 block of Brook Run, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Toshiba laptop valued at $1,200 a computer backpack valued at $75 a pair of Bose headphones valued at $300 two vehicle DVD headphones valued at $300 and a key to 2001 Volkswagen Jetta valued at $50.

–Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from 2000 block of Brook Run, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a wireless key remote from a Lexus RX 300 valued at $150.

–Theft of property from 5000 block of Jameswood Lane, Hoover (residence/home). Stolen was a 2008 GMC Acadia SUV valued at $20,000.

–Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from unknown location in Syracuse, New York (commercial).

–Torture or willful abuse of a child under 18 from 4000 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (restaurant).

–Sexual abuse from 4000 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (restaurant).

–Unlawful possession of controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs from 300 block of Mcdow Road, Columbiana (government/public building). Recovered were 2 Tizanidine pills, 6 Alprazolam pills, 2 Clonazepam pills and 1 Suboxone in a package.

–Domestic violence III/assault from 400 block of Clay Pit Road, Montevallo (highway/street).

–Failing to register adult sex offender ID from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (other/unknown).

–Criminal mischief from Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown). The iron gate before the highland lakes entrance was damaged. The damage is valued at $1,000.

–Domestic investigation from Highway 469, Sterrett (residence/home).

–Miscellaneous incident from 500 block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).

 

Sept. 19

–Possession of drug paraphernalia from 2900 block of Westover Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

–Criminal mischief and criminal trespassing from Highway 332, Pelham (storage facility). Six master locks were cut.

–Harassing communications from 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

–Harassing communications from 200 block of Bobcat Trail, Calera (residence/home).

–Harassment from 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school/college).

–Criminal mischief from 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school/college).

–Domestic investigation from Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Domestic investigation from 1300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Domestic investigation from 8200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Public intoxication from Chelsea Road at Chelsea Forest Road, Chelsea (highway/street).

–Theft of property from 5000 block of Old Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingam. Stolen was one coach handbag valued at $100, one coach wallet valued at $60, one coach makeup bag valued at $60, one black and white dress valued at $120 and an unknown amount of assorted clothing.

–Harassment from 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton (residence/home).

–Harassment from 100 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

–Agency assist from 100 block of Mcdonald Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

–Criminal mischief from 400 block of Talon Court, Birmingham (residence/home). A window was damaged valued at $350.

–Theft of services from 1600 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Three dinner appetizers, meals and drinks were stolen valued at $70.36.

Sept. 20

–Miscellaneous incident from 15000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

–Information only from 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingam (other/unkown). A Smith and Wesson 380 pistol with magazine and six bullets were recovered.

–Harassment from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

–Obstructing justice/false identification from Highway 280/Highway 43, Chelsea (highway/street).

–Information only from Lakeview Lane and Lakeside Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

–Property damage from Highway 280 near Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham (highway/street). A rear window on a Kia Sorento was damaged.

–Civil dispute from 300 block of Windchase Trace, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Property damage from 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Trace, Birmingham (highway/street). Front and rear passenger side tires were damaged to a Nissan Rogue.

–Criminal mischief from 100 block of Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). A mailbox was destroyed valued at $395.

–Lost property from 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (other/unkown). An Apple iPhone 5 with grey and white case was lost.

 

Sept. 21

–Miscellaneous information/damage to property from Highway 471 Chelsea Game Preserve (field/woods). A lock on an entrance gate was broken and valued at $20.

–Criminal mischief from 100 block of Smitherman Sub, Montevallo (residence/home). A Ford Explorer was damaged with scratches and dents.

–Domestic investigation from 5000 block of Applecross Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

–Structure fire from 2000 block of Highway 57, Vincent (residence/home).

–Vehicle fire from 9500 block of Highway 51, Westover (residence/home).

–Animal cruelty from 2200 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (residence/home).
