Oct. 2

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 400 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a power line.

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were bicycles valued at $150.

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Norwick Forest (residence, home). Stolen was $1,900 in cash.

-Property damage from the Shelby Baptist Medical Center parking lot (parking lot, garage).

-Property damage from U.S. 31 South at Chevron (highway, street). Damaged was a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the amount of $300.

-Possession of marijuana first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Allen Drive (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were individually wrapped bags of marijuana and a plastic bottle with a socket.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a radio valued at $150 and speakers valued at $150.

 

Oct. 3

-Property damage from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Damaged was a Nissan Frontier in the amount of $1,500.

-Disorderly conduct from the 1400 block of Hill Spun Road (other, unknown).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Harvest Way (parking lot, garage).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Harvest Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a fire truck in the amount of $2,000.

-Violation of a family violence protection order from the 200 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Falling Waters Way (residence, home). Stolen was a blower valued at $600.

-Menacing from the 40 block of Hilltop Lane (residence, home).

 

Oct. 4

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were clothing and dog treats.

-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were pills.

-Harassment from Seventh Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Menacing from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Domestic violence third degree and attempting to elude a police officer from the 100 block of Second Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 9300 block of Highway 119 (drug store).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Buck Creek Plaza (parking lot, garage).

-Minor in possession of alcohol and juvenile contact from Walgreens (highway, street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Walmart (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Hyundai Sonata in the amount of $15,000.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive. Damaged were classroom windows in the amount of $550.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

-Possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Confiscated were drugs.

 

Oct. 7

-Harassing communications from Facebook (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Kingwood Christian School. Stolen was merchandise valued at $350.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Betty Snow Drive (residence, home). Stolen was an identity.

-Information only report from the 1100 block of Eighth Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Domestic violence third degree and criminal mischief third degree from the 1000 block of Mission Hills Road (highway, street). Damaged was a window in the amount of $400 and a cell phone in the amount of $50.

-Found property from the Alabaster city shop (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama driver?s license valued at $20.

-Theft of property from Lowe?s Home Improvement (department store). Stolen and recovered were valves and a tee valued at $47.37.

-Information only (dog bite) from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen was spray paint valued at $69.70.

-Possession of a controlled substance and domestic incident from the 100 block of City Park Lane (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were drugs.

Oct. 3

–Theft of property from Highway 87/I-65, Calera (highway/street). A Chevrolet Prisim was stolen valued at $1,500.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from 959 10th Street 44, Calera (residence/home). A Chevrolet C1500 pickup was stolen valued at $2,500.

–Domestic incident from 8111 Highway 31, Calera (restaurant).

-Theft of property II from the 200 block of Old Cahaba Trail, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were one Xbox 360 console valued at $200, three Xbox controllers valued at $40, one flat screen television valued at $200, one flat screen television valued at $150 and 15 Xbox 260 games valued at $150.
-Theft of property II from the 1100 block of Lawley Street, Helena (residence/home). stolen were six Jordans shoes valued at $1,200 and one duffle bag with work clothes valued at $50.

Sept. 21

–Failure to pay for gasoline from Highway 25, Montevallo. $180 worth of gas was stolen.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4600 block of Tecumseh Lane, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was one KHAR 9mm pistol valued at $600, two Garman GPS devices each valued at $400 and two Garman GPS devices valued at $200 each.
-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds from County Road 52 at Interstate 65, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were one green packet containing approximately 3.6 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana valued at $10, one yellow packet containing approximately 2 grams of suspected synthetic marijuana valued at $10 and one cigarette containing approximately 0.8 grams of synthetic marijuana valued at $1.

-Lost property from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (restaurant). Lost was one Samsung Galaxy S3 with a pink cover valued at $295.
-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Chandaway Drive, Pelham (other/unknown).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1900 block of Montgomery Highway, Hoover (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were two plastic straws with a white powdery residue inside and three used syringes.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 7990 block of Helena Road, Pelham (parking lot/garage). confiscated were 10 methadone 10mg pills valued at $100, approximately 5.9 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $60 and one “Pinch Hitter” metal pipe with suspected marijuana residue valued at $1.

-Property damage from the 2800 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (highway/street). Damages of an unknown amount were done to the rear window of a 2006 white Chevrolet Impala.
