Oct. 17
-Theft of lost property second degree from the 2000 block of Kent Dairy Road (department store). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy Note valued at $700.
-Information only report from the 300 block of Logos Trace Lane (convenience store).
-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Airpark Industrial Road (specialty store). Stolen was a battery valued at $300.
-Property damage from the 100 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Ford Expedition in the amount of $1,000.
-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were two PS4 games valued at $59.99 apiece and an AT&T phone valued at $199.99
-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Confiscated were bags of cocaine and marijuana.
-Property damage from the 900 block of Willow Creek Place (residence, home). Damaged were a structure in the amount of $1,000, a structure in the amount of $100 and a structure in the amount of $1,000.
-Property damage from the 900 block of Willow Creek Place (residence, home). Damaged was a Lexus in the amount of $1,000.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Sundance (residence, home). Damaged was an auto in the amount of $1.
-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).
-Burglary third degree and theft of property first degree from the 100 block of Madowlark Place (residence, home). Stolen were a revolver valued at $1,000, a shotgun valued at $750, an AK74 valued at $600, an SAR-8 valued at $2,200, a Thompson Encore valued at $1,200, a PSL valued at $1,200 and a Glock valued at $655.

Oct. 18

-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of First Street North (service, gas station). Stolen was $130 in money.

Oct. 19
-Property damage from Interstate 65 at Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a Honda Accord in the amount of $2,000.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Mountain Parkway (residence, home).
-Theft of property third degree form the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were shoes valued at $59.99, shoes valued at $59.99 and shoes valued at $69.99.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 200 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).
-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Greenbriar Trail (residence, home). Stolen were consumables valued at $5 and assorted candies valued at $10.

Oct. 20
-Theft of property first degree from the 2100 block of Highway 87 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a generator valued at $549, a drill valued at $189, an arrow quip valued at $2,100 and a ramset valued at $229.
-Theft of property first degree from the 2100 block of Highway 87 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was camping equipment valued at $10,000.
-Possession of a controlled substance from CVS Pharmacy (drug store).
-Found property from Highway 119 at the Woodbrook Shell station (convenience store). Recovered were identity documents.
-Theft of property first degree from the 290 block of Kentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen were TVs valued at $600, a scooter valued at $1,200 and a trumpet valued at $1,200.
-Theft of property second degree from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a pistol valued at $300, a Trakfone valued at $209 and a check valued at $1.
-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

Oct. 21
-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 1000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.
-Property damage from Walmart (department store). Damaged was a Ford F150 in the amount of $200.
-Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a firearm valued at $700.
-Theft of property second degree from the 100 block of First Street North (service, gas station). Stolen was $821.87 in money.

Oct. 22

-Property damage from the 600 block of First Street Southwest (specialty store). Damaged was a Hyundai Sonata in the amount of $100.
-Illegal possession of a credit or debit card from the 100 block of Airview Lane (parking lot, garage). Forged were credit and debit cards.

–Property damage from 4700 block of U.S. 31, Calera (highway/street). $300 worth of damage was done to a stop sign and pole.

–Burglary III and criminal mischief II from 1088 Pine Valley Drive, Calera (construction). $1,500 worth of damage was done to assorted electrical wire.
–Theft of property III from 5100 Supercenter Drive, Calera (department store). Vehicle tail lights valued at $134.64 and a flex LED strip valued at $12.96 were both stolen.
–Theft of property III from 4601 U.S. 31, Calera (commercial). A Toshiba laptop valued at $350 was stolen.
–Theft of property III from 300 Timberline Trail, Calera (other/unknown). A black Iphone 4S with a black case was stolen valued at $300.

Oct. 22
–Burglary II and criminal mischief III from 100 block of Waterford Cove Drive, Calera (residence/home).
–Animal not to be allowed at large from 200 block of Dunwar Drive, Calera (highway/street).
–Burglary III and theft of property III from Cove Landing, Calera (residence/home). Gold coins valued at $300 were stolen.
–Domestic incident from 867 County Road 89 Lot 2, Calera (residence/home).

Oct. 23
–Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from Crisfield Circle, Calera (specialty store). Fraudulent charges of $1,388.75 were done.

Oct. 17
-Property damage from Weatherly Club Drive, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in an unclear amount were done to the rear bumper of a Toyota Camry.
-Theft of property by deception II from Kentec Megatools, 2134A Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen was $790 in U.S. currency.
-Miscellaneous information, from California.
-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Sugar Drive, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen were one white dress with black writing valued at $50, two waist cinches valued at $100 and one black purse valued at $30.

Oct. 18
-Receiving stolen property (motor vehicle) I and recovery of stolen vehicle from Interstate 65 southbound mm 242, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered was one 1998 blue Buick Century valued at $2,500.
-Barking dog ordinance from the 200 block of Stone Circle, Pelham (residence/home).
-Found property from 1000 Oak Mountain Circle, Pelham (highway/street). recovered were a black leather wallet, a Capital One credit card and a Visa debit card.

Oct. 19
-Giving case name to law enforcement and license to carry pistol required from Cahaba Valley Road at Interstate-65 North, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated was one Taurus PT908 9mm with one magazine and eight rounds valued at $400 and one S&W SD9 VE 9mm with one magazine and 16 rounds valued at $400.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana II from Helena Road at Pelham Parkway south, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated were one plastic bag containing approximately .08 grams of marijuana valued at $10, one marijuana cigarillo valued at $5 and one White Oak silver cigarillo pack.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication from 9340 Helena Road, Pelham (speciality store). Confiscated were 13.5 2mg Xanex tablets 0.5 grams valued at $150.
-Miscellaneous information from the 1800 block of Tecumseh Trail, Pelham (residence/home).
-Damage to property (dwelling) from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to the corner of vinyl skirting around a mobile home.

Oct. 20
-Theft of property III from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen were two 39 foot UL LED Rope Light valued at $100.

Oct. 21
-Unexplained lost property from 600 Crosscreek Trail, Pelham (church). Missing were a yellow gold ring with diamond begets outlined by diamond solitaires and an 18 karat gold wing with emerald cut tanzanite surrounded by diamonds.
-Change bills circulating from the 200 block of Terrace Drive, Pelham (other/unknown).
-Drug overdose and found property from 1902 Pelham Parkway, Pelham (hotel/motel). Recovered was approximately 0.32 grams of a white substance believed to be crystal meth valued at $10.
-Eluding/attempting to elude a law enforcement officer from Interstate 65 north at mm 246, Pelham. Recovered were a Smith & Wesson SD9 valued at $550, 16 unspent 9mm rounds, a soft holster and magazine.
-Theft of lost property III from 717 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (service/gas station). Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license valued at $24, a State of Alabama debit card, a Regions Bank Visa debit card, a Capital One credit card, a Social SEcurity card and $15 in assorted U.S. currency.

Oct. 22
-Outside agency assist from County Road 52 East at County Road 35, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a Smith & Wesson .40 caliber pistol with TLR3 light attached valued at $400, a magazine to a Smith & Wesson pistols with five .40 caliber rounds valued at $20, a Remington 870 Express Magnum 12 gauge shotgun valued at $300, a Remington 30-06 rifle model 710 valued at $500 and a magazine to a Remington 30-06 rifle with four 30-06 rounds valued at $50.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (highway/street). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to the right side rear bumper of a 2014 white Toyota Corolla.
-Theft of property II from 365 Huntley Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a black shoulder bag with wording “Key West” in several places valued at $15, $130 in U.S. currency and a Visa debit card on Jefferson County Teachers Credit Union account.
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 400 block of Keystone Court, Pelham (parking lot/garage).
-Theft of property I from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (commercial). Stolen were $1,500 of assorted U.S. currency and assorted checks.
