PELHAM- Springtime is coming, and the Ballantrae Golf Club wants to help everyone shake off the winter rust that may be living on that set of irons in the closet. The club is offering a number of different programs designed to help golfers of all abilities and ages take their game to another level.

The first option Ballantrae is offering is a program called Get Golf Ready, which will take place over five short lessons and will teach the fundamentals of the game, according to the course. The first lesson will take place on Saturday, March 21 from 10-11 a.m. with a lesson for the next four Saturdays taking place at the same time. For the youngsters, the club is offering a Spring Junior Clinic taking place every Monday in April, according to the club, with a cost of $45 per attendant. Any golfer from ages 7 to 12 is encouraged to come, as there will be instruction on how to perform a full swing, how to perfect chip shots and much more. There will also be summer clinics taking place in the month of June as well. From June 8-12, there will be a clinic for 7-9-year-olds, from 9-10:30 a.m. The following week, from June 15-19, there will be a clinic available in the same timeframe for children ages 10-12, and the following week will be available for kids from 13-15.
