Mildred Alberta “Bert” Juzan Pettus, age 94, of Sylacauga, died Saturday, March 21.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 24 at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Summerhill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m., Tuesday, March 24 at Bolton Funeral Home.
She was a member of Sylavon Baptist Church in Sylacauga.
Mrs. Pettus is survived by her sister, Vonzelle J. Moore of Columbiana; nieces, Vera D. Benson of Columbiana, and Agnes M. Pool of Columbiana; nephews, Johnny, Jack and  Tom Moore of Pensacola, Fla., Neil Carden of Odenville, Marvin Carden of West Blocton, and numerous great nieces and nephews and church friends.
