-Criminal mischief from 500 block of US 17, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages valued at $500 were done to a gas tank and engine of a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu.

-Miscellaneous incident from 10000 block of US 11, Chelsea (school/college).

-Miscellaneous incident from US 280, Chelsea (storage facility). Damages were done to a 1990 Jeep.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 4900 block of Mt. View Parkway (residence/home). Stolen was a vehicle tag.

-Civil dispute from 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property from 4600 block of US 62, Vincent (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from 1800 block of US 30, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from 100 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 2600 block of Valleydale Road (residence/home). Stolen was a gold band with three diamond stones valued at $2,000.

-Possession of forged instrument from 2600 block of Valleydale Road (restaurant). Recovered were counterfeit twenty and fifty dollar bills.

-Theft of property from 1200 block of Highland Village Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Taurus Jude .45 revolver valued at $525 and a Taurus Ultra-Lite revolver .38 cal valued at $475.

-Forgery from 21000 block of US 55, Sterrett (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence from 100 block of Clairmont Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 100 block of Diamond Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a 1997 green Ford Explorer.

-Public intoxication from 4600 block of US 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence from 1000 block of Kings Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary from 900 block of Highland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Sharp flat screen television valued at $1,000. Damages valued at $100 were done to a door frame.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from US 25, Sterrett (highway/street). Confiscated were a marijuana grinder, a wooden box, three L&M cigarettes, and ten Marlboro cigarettes.

-Theft of property from 19200 block of US 145, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a Remington 16 gauge shotgun valued at $500, a Remington 22 cal rifle valued at $300, a Sthil chainsaw with limber valued at $475, a Troybuilt pressure washer valued at $400, 140 Lortab tablets valued at $100, and an acoustic guitar.

-Theft of property from 12000 block US 42, Shelby (restaurant). Stolen was a Coleman Powermate Vanguard generator valued at $1,200.

-Rape from Morning Sun Circle (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from US 280 at Eagle Point Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Found property from 4000 block of US 47, Shelby (residence/home). Recovered was a large plastic baggie with crystal like substance, a glass pipe, a small spoon, a cut straw, a syringe with no residue, and medication.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Old US 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from 1800 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from 100 block of Ruby Drive, Columbiana (parking lot/garage). Damages valued at $50 were done to a Ford F-150 headlight.

-Property damage from 4900 block of Monona Circle, Birmingham (highway/street). Damages valued at $500 were done to a 2005 Toyota Camry.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from US 46, Shelby (highway/street). Confiscated was US currency valued at $2 and 1 gram of crystal methamphetamine.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from 5400 block of US 61, Wilsonville (highway/street). Confiscated were 2.2 grams of marijuana.

-Domestic violence from 11000 block of Old US 280, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary from 100 block of Shore Lane, Shelby (residence/home). Damages valued at $1,000 were done to a two doors. Stolen was a 50 inch Samsung flat screen television valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a 1999 Green Old Alera Sedan valued at $1,000, a pink knit purse, and a Virgin Mobile cell phone valued at $100.

-Theft of property from 5000 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was US currency valued at $5,000.
