April 8

– Theft of property from the 4300 block of Heritage Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 5×8 carry-on utility trailer valued at $850.

 

May 16

– Theft of property from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a Beretta 12 gauge single barrel shot gun with a walnut stock valued at $800.

 

May 20

– Harassment from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (residence/home).

– Miscellaneous information from the 5400 block of US Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store).

 

May 21

– Driving under the influence and resisting arrest from US Highway 280 at County Road 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

– Use of force from US Highway 280 at County Road 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

– Domestic Investigation from the 100 block of Birmingham Street (residence/home).

– Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Dovecove Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a white 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe.

– Domestic investigation from the 2300 block of Altadena Rise (residence/home).

– Death investigation from the 1000 block of Chancellor Ferry Road, Harpersville (residence/home).

– Unlawful possession of marijuana II and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 25 at Beulah Lane, Sterrett (field/woods). Confiscated were five young marijuana plants and a plastic bong used to smoke marijuana.

– Domestic violence (assault) from the 0 block of Walker Run, Alabaster (residence/home).

– Theft of property from the 3500 block of Inverness Lane (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a green 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 300 valued at $5000.

– Identity theft from the 3000 block of Highway 69, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was $415.20.

– Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Westover Road, Harpersville (commercial). Damaged were two plate glass windows in the amount of $1000.

– Burglary from the 500 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a HP Pavilion laptop valued at $750, a red Nine West purse valued at $100 and a Fossil purse valued at $150.

– Theft of property from the 7000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (construction). Stolen was a 2005 S-250 Bobcat loader valued at $25,000.

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen were a plastic Folgers can containing an unknown amount of coins and a pack of Marlboro Rich Blue 100 cigarettes.

– Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and theft of property from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were an American Express Business Gold card valued at $1200, a Stihl BG55 blower valued at $500, a Milwaukee electric corded drill valued at $200 and a Stihl FS80R weed eater valued at $350.

– Theft of property from the 700 block of County Road, 40, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a Craftsman pressure washer, 2500psi valued at $500 and an orange Husquvarna chainsaw valued at $450.

– Death investigation from the 4600 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (residence/home).

– Theft of property from the 100 block of Scott Road, Montevallo (field/woods). Stolen were a 27-ton Troy built log splitter valued at $1500, a green 8-foot ladder valued at $40, two five-gallon gas cans valued at $10 each and two 12-volt deep cycle marine batteries valued at $100 each.

 

May 22

– (highway/street). Confiscated was one Diazapam pill weighing .1 grams.

– Death investigation from the 300 block of Wade Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Destroyed were 11ml of Roxanol (20mg/ml) and 29ml of Ativan (20mg/ml).

– Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Tolbert Street, Montevallo (residence/home).

– Harassing communication from the 0 block of Mount Laurel Avenue, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Death investigation from the 200 block of Marwood Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Destroyed were 13ml of Morphine, 73 Lorazepam and 47 Hydrocodone.

– Domestic investigation from the 6400 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett (residence/home).

– Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Trott Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Theft of property from Highway 71, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a yellow gold diamond cluster (1 caret diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds- size 11.5) valued at $1200.

– Death investigation from the 0 block of Pine Street, Shelby (residence/home).

– Burglary and theft of property from the 500 block of Shelby Hotel Road, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a Sanyo 39-inch television valued at $330, a LG 6000 BTU window air conditioner unit valued at $310 and a Lasko digital cyclonic ceramic heater valued at $80.

– Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were two yellow pills with “3601” imprint identified as Hydrocodone (approximately 1.2 grams), a white pill with “G037” imprint identified as Hydrocodone (approximately .6 grams), approximately 1 gram of leafy green substance suspected to be marijuana, approximately 7.5 grams of an unknown yellow substance and a multicolored wooden box used to hold marijuana.

– Miscellaneous information from East Inverness Parkway and Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Theft of property from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were 90 Neurontin pills (300mg) valued at $50 and 60 Norco pills (10mg) valued at $5000.

– Possession of a forged instrument and counterfeit (passing/circulating counterfeit money) from the 7400 block of Highway 51, Chelsea (service/gas station). Confiscated was a counterfeit 20-dollar bill.

– Domestic violence III (harassment) from the 800 block of Highway 45, Sterrett (residence/home).

– Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from Twin Oaks Lane, Vincent (residence/home).

– Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from I-65, Calera (highway/street). Confiscated was one Diazapam pill weighing .1 grams.

– Obstructing justice- false identity from the 16000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (highway/street).

– Property damage from Rich Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged was a metal mailbox and wood post valued at $75.

– Criminal Trespass from the 2900 block of Black Horse Bend, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 3800 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

– Domestic violence (harassment) from the 100 block of Waldrop Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

– Domestic violence (assault) from the 100 block of Dubose Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

May 25

– Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 block of Woodford Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Property damage from the intersection of Highway 31 and Highway 119, Pelham (highway/street). Damaged was the rear bumper of a 2008 Dodge Charger (patrol car).

– Assault from the 100 block of Narrows Peak Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Leaving the scene of an accident from the 1700 block of Springfield Loop East, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

– Harassment from the 4900 block of Eagle Crest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Harassment from Eagle Hollow Drive at Eagle Hollow Circle, Birmingham (highway/street).

– Burglary from the 11000 block of Highway 280, Westover. Stolen were four $100 bills, five $20 bills and an unknown amount of smaller currency and change. Recovered was a CD containing photos of the scene.

– Domestic violence III (harassing communications) from the 1200 block of Retreat Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Burglary and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 4000 block of Heritage Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were an iMac computer, a Playstation Portable gaming system, $20 US currency and a military front license plate valued at $35.

– Burglary and criminal mischief from the 2600 block of Valleydale Drive, Birmingham (commercial). Damaged was the rear door handle of the business.

– Torture of willful abuse of a child under the age of 18 from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

– Burglary III from the 200 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were a .38 caliber revolver valued at $350, a Stoeger A3000 shot gun valued at $650, a Stoeger A2000 shotgun valued at $650 and a LG Electronics window air conditioner unit valued at $150.

– Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

May 26

– Public intoxication from County Road 11 and County Road 36 (highway/street).

– Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 800 block of Meadow Ridge Lane, Birmingham. Forged was a debit card in the amount of $314.69.

– Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 2700 block of Drennen Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Death investigation from the 25000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (residence/home).

– Miscellaneous incident (animal complaint) from the 100 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

 

May 27

– Driving under the influence of alcohol from County Road 41 at Mount Laurel Avenue, Birmingham (highway/street).

– Assault from the 9800 block of Main Street, Wilsonville (parking lot/garage).

– Harassment from Coalmont Road (highway/street).

– Possession of brass knuckles from Meadow Lane, Harpersville (highway/street). Recovered was a set of black brass knuckles.

– Miscellaneous information and civil dispute from the 9500 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

– Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 93, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were a Centrum 26 gallon air compressor with hose and connections valued at $560 and an Echo edge-trimmer valued at $400.

– Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card from the 500 block of Highway 270, Maylene (other/unknown). Stolen was a credit card and $644 cash.

– Miscellaneous information from the 5000 block of Hickory Ridge, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Interference with custody from the 0 block of Dana Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).
