– Death investigation from the 2200 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (residence/home).

– Harassing communication from the 100 block of Hickory Wood Lane, Montevallo (other/unknown).

– Identity theft from the 0 block of Valleydale Court (drug store, supermarket). Stolen was a debit card valued at $271.42.

May 28

– Assist outside Agency from the 3800 block of County Road 26, Columbiana (highway/street). Recovered was a Springfield 9mm semi-automatic with one magazine, one holster and 14 9mm rounds.

– Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Clay Pitt Road, Montevallo (highway/street).

– Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Ozley Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

– Death investigation from the 1100 block of Eagle Park Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Miscellaneous information from multiple locations in Shelby County (church, parking lot/garage).

– Indecent exposure from Merrel Beach Road, Shelby (residence/home).

– Identity theft from the 5100 block of Wellstone Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Burglary and theft of property from the 5000 block of Highway 48, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were an Airguide Marine Compass (model 62-B) valued at $50 and a pocketknife valued at $50.

– Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Heatherwood Drive (residence/home). Recovered was a Crossman pellet gun with a wood stock (model 1000x) valued at $60.

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Oakmont Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 400 block of Heatherwood Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 200 block of Oakmont Road (residence/home).

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 300 block of Oakmont Terrace (residence/home). Stolen were a Glock 17 with three loaded magazines valued at $500, a Glock 33 with three loaded magazines valued at $500, 90 Ataralol pills, 100 Alprazolam pills, 90 Ambian pills, a black nylon gun case valued at $50 and a nylon holster valued at $50.

– Burglary from the 700 block of Brookhighland Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 48-inch Vizio Flat Screen television valued at $500.

– Burglary from the 700 block of Heatherwood Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a Crossman pellet rifle valued at $60.

– Property damage from the 3800 block of Blue Springs Road, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damaged were a chain link fence in the amount of $200 and a wooden privacy fence in the amount of $100.

– Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Depot Street (residence/home).

– Harassing communications from the 0 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

May 29

– Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

– Domestic investigation from the 100 block of School Road, Shelby (residence/home).

– Domestic violence (criminal mischief) and domestic violence (interfering with 911 call) from the 200 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a door valued at $50 and five glasses vases valued at $25.

– Attempting to elude law enforcement officer and unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 21 at Highway 280, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered were 0.1 grams of marijuana and a silver wrench socket containing marijuana residue.

– Burglary from the 1200 block of Inverness Lane (residence/home). Stolen was a 42-inch Samsung television valued at $1000, an Apple TV video streaming system valued at $100, a comforter valued at $50 and a Yihi mini e-cigarette valued at $250.

– Burglary from the 1200 block of Inverness Lane (residence/home). Stolen were a Glock 23 (.40 caliber) valued at $500, an pple MacBook Pro computer valued at $1000, a Nintendo X0Box 360 valued at $250 and ten X-Box games valued at $500.

– Domestic violence (criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Bowling Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was the driver’s side door of a 2012 Mazda.

– Domestic violence (harassment) from the 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Domestic Violence (assault) from North Main Street, Columbiana (parking lot/garage).

– Identity theft from the 500 block of Girl Scout Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Forged was a debit card.

– Identity theft from the 15000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (bank). Stolen was $1400.51.

– Miscellaneous incident from County Road 43 and County Road 491, Vandiver (highway/street). Damaged was a red 2001 Chevrolet Malibu.

– Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Hunters Lane, Vandiver (residence/home). Damaged was the driveway.

– Theft of services from the 100 block of Thompson Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

– Theft of property from the 200 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was $37 in cash.

– Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Portobello Road (residence/home). Stolen were a Heckler &Koch .45 caliber valued at $800 and a checkbook.

– Theft of property from the 10000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a Dewalt chopsaw valued at $450, a Red tool box with assorted tools valued at $300 and a black and decker skill saw valued at $65.

– Burglary and theft of property from the 17000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was $120 in cash, a JC Higgins .22LR automatic rifle, and Stevens 16GA double barrel shotgun.

– Identity theft from the 100 block of Highway 260, Maylene (other/unknown).

– Leaving the scene of an accident from the intersection of Highway 280 and East Inverness Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

– Miscellaneous incident from the 4000 block of Highway 70, Columbian (highway/street).

– Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of Carriage Lane, Alabaster (field/woods).

– Miscellaneous incident (property damage) from Highway 70, Columbiana (highway/street). Damaged was the front grill of a 2006 Chevrolet 300C.

 

June 1

– Theft of property from the 3400 block of Highway 28, Columbiana (residence/home). Recovered was a 1989 Chevrolet Blazer.

– Prescription fraud from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket).

– Burglary from the 5000 block of County Road 49, Columbiana (other/unknown). Stolen was a microwave.

– Identity theft from Highway 221, Montevallo (residence/home).

– Theft of property from County Road 467, Vincent (highway/street). Stolen were 75 feet of 5 conductor copper wire valued at $309.75 ($4.13 per foot), 150 feet of 3 conductor copper wire valued at $249 ($1.36 per foot), track wire/2 conductor wire valued at $102 ($1.36 per foot), 12 conductor copper wire valued at $219 ($2.19 per foot) and 5 conductor copper wire valued at $1239 (4.13 per foot).

– Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Inverness Corners, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were nine individual bags of marijuana and two clear plastic bags.

– Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Finley Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

– Theft of property from the 400 block of County Road 422, Sterrett. Stolen were two 12-inch speakers valued at $80 and an amp valued at $250.

– Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

– Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

– Death investigation (hospice) from the 100 block of Bulldog Lane, Columbiana (residence/home).
