-Death investigation from the 200 block of Highway 405, Shelby (residence/home). Destroyed were 4 Alrazolam 1mg tablets and 24ml of Morphine Sulfate liquid.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Deer Mountain Circle, Pelham (other/unknown). Stolen were 77 copper ground bars valued at $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 1100 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a black wallet, an Alabama driver’s license, a Social Security card, a pistol permit, $200 cash and a pair of white and grey Air Jordans.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a black Takamine guitar with a black hard case valued at $500, a Cutco cutlery kit valued at $342, a Western Civ. textbook valued at $257 and an ENO hammock valued at $80.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 1100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a 2015 Honda Civic.

-Miscellaneous incident from Highland Lakes Park, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered was a Camel Snus mint box containing a clear plastic bag with 0.9grams of suspected marijuana.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Ewing Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison). Confiscated were 8 Alprazolam 1mg pills (1.10 grams), 4 Alprazolam pills (0.6 grams) and 1 Oxycodone 10mg pills (0.4 grams).

-Domestic Violence (Assault III) from the 4300 block of Highway 119, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster (commercial). Stolen were 2 Goodman air handler and condensor and 3 ton heat pump valued at $3975.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3500 block of Buckhorn Cove (lake/waterway). Recovered were 2 grams of marijuana in a plastic bag and a glass pipe with residue.

-Theft of property from Dana Drive, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was an Elbkins carburetor valued at $400.

-Burglary from Brent Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Chesser Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were 45 Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 7.5/325mg pills.

-Forgery from the 200 block of Barrister’s Court (residence/home). Stolen was US currency in the amount of $2310.43.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 5000 block of South Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

– Financial exploitation of an elderly person from the 4600 block of Highway 28, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Rape from the 5500 block of Parkside Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Kenley Way (residence/home).

-Driving Under the influence and possession of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (highway/street). Confiscated were a plastic bag containing approximately .6 grams of white powder and a plastic straw with white powder residue.

Confiscated were a plastic bag containing .3 grams of a white substance that tested positive for methamphetamine, a plastic bag containing .4 grams of a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a plastic bag containing 4 unknown pink pills.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison). Confiscated were 4 white capsule shaped pills (acetaminophine/hydrocodone).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2800 block of Greystone Commercial Boulevard, Birmingham (restaurant). Recovered were a small plastic bag containing 1.9 grams of synthetic marijuana, a small plastic bag containing 1.4 grams of marijuana, a yellow bag containing 2.5 grams of marijuana and a metal cigarette pipe with residue.

-Harassment from the 12000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (service/gas station).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3900 block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Damaged was the bottom, front passenger side bumper of a white 2011 Dodge Charger.

Stolen were a blanket valued at $5, sunglasses valued at $5, an Osprey backpack valued at $130, an ENO hammock with straps valued at $90, a 10-inch kbar knife with custom leather sheath valued at $65, a speaker valued at $30 and a Camelback water bottle valued at $15.
