Victoria L. Kiser, 42, of Chelsea, passed away Friday, June 19.
She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on May 14, 1973. Victoria graduated from Rollins College and received a Bachelor’s of Psychology. She married Matthew A Kiser on October 16, 2004. Victoria worked in insurance for United Healthcare. She had a passion for helping others.
Victoria is survived by Charles A. Kiser “Alex”, and Nicholas and Tracey Gamb of Orlando, Fla.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 25 from 6-9 p.m. at Morningstar UMC in Chelsea.
