July 14

-Theft of property/medication from the 1000 block of Crawford Court, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were 54 Larazepam 2mg and 6 Promethazine.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Z-71.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a doorframe in the amount of $250. Stolen were an Emerson 32-inch flat screen TV valued at $280, two Emerson 32-inch flat screen TVs valued at $560 and an Apple iPad valued at $360.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1200 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Samsung 42-inch TV valued at $800 and an iPad Air valued at $400. Damaged was a doorframe.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from Chelsea Village Circle, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a chocolate brown pleather purse, a women’s wallet, $40 in US currency, and $25 in checks.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from Highway 280, Chelsea (convenience store).

-Chemical endangerment of a child from various locations in Shelby County (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence-Harassing communications from Valentine Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 26000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a Vizio 22-inch flat screen TV valued at $150, a Mikita power saw valued at $150, a power grinder valued at $75, a power drill valued at $100 and assorted tools valued at $100.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Marydale Lane, Calera (residence/home). Damaged were 30 chickens.

-Criminal mischief from County Road 56 and County Road 443, Wilsonville (highway/street). Damaged was a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 windshield in the amount of $250.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 400 block of Hunter Hills Place, Chelsea (residence/home).

July 15

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Confiscated were a plastic container with three broken white pills, a yellow pill identified as Diazepam, a plastic bag containing .1 grams of a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine, a plastic bag containing a .1 grams of a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine and a clear plastic syringe.

-Obstructing government operations and resisting arrest from the 4700 block of Highway 208, Birmingham (service/gas station). Recovered were $397.75 in US currency and a generic blue bank bag.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Andrew Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Assault from Indian Lakes Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Eagle Point Drive and Highway 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property from Spring Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was an orange backpack blower valued at $200.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2600 block of Blackboard Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from the 7900 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged was a Phaser tire.

-Miscellaneous incident from Old Highway 280 and Benson Plaza, Chelsea (highway/street). Damaged was a 2015 Infiniti G37.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Hunter Hills Way, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Trek bicycle valued at $175.

-Assault from the 200 block of Stinson Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Forest Lakes Way, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 4000 block of Westover Road, Westover (residence/home). Stolen was a debit card valued at $222.

-SORNA violation/registration with law enforcement.

-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Buckboard Road (residence/home). Stolen was a 1994 Volvo 940.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a 18-volt ½ inch cordless Porter Cable drill/driver valued at $130, a 18-volt 6 ½ inch cordless Porter Cable circular saw valued at $130, a Porter Cable battery pack and charger valued at $100 and a Ryobi tile saw valued at $150.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1400 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident (recovered property) from the 8000 block of Highway 41, Leeds. Recovered was a debit card.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Donaldson Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Forgery from the 600 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville (residence/home). Forged were checks valued at $3993.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4900 block of Highway 280 (convenience store). Recovered were approximately 2 grams of crystal meth rocks.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4700 block of Highway 280 (convenience store). Damaged was a metal awning.

-Structure fire from the 2600 block of Buttawoods Drive (residence/home). Burned were the living room and surrounding rooms.

-Identity theft from Whichita, Kansas (commercial).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and public intoxication from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered was 0.3 grams of green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a black and silver scale with clip.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Rape from Lime Creek Way at Bolivar Circle, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Theft of property from Ashland Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a HP Pavilion Laptop with 17-inch screen valued at $300.

-Obtaining signature by fraudulent means from the 13000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a BigTex 36-foot utility trailer.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 4600 block of Highway 280 (other/unknown). Stolen were 2 Mastercards, a Visa and a debit card.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville (storage facility). Confiscated were 0.5 grams of crystal meth in a plastic bag and 0.7 grams of blue colored crystal meth in a plastic bag.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Highway 50, Vandiver (residence/home). Confiscated were 2 hypodermic needles with blood and possible methamphetamine residue, 3.1 grams of methamphetamine contained in a hypodermic needle and 0.8 grams of Hydrochlorothaizide pills.
