ALABASTER – Once Again Resales and Consignments in Alabaster held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 7.

Owners Anthony Taylor Sr. and Tara Taylor will open the doors of their resale and consignment shop on Saturday, Aug. 8 at 10 a.m. at 8919 Highway 119 South, Suite 101.

They Taylors are both Alabaster natives. They said they chose the Alabaster location because of the growth of the city. Anthony Taylor Sr. said he believes the shop would enhance the community.

Originally, the couple had planned to sell mostly home goods. They have received donations, so most of their inventory at the moment is apparel.

The store has several different items including clothing for men, women and children, home décor, furniture and baby items, among other things.

Once Again Resales and Consignments is closed on Sunday and Monday. It is open on Monday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The store plans to take consignments on the first and the 15th of every month. No checks will be accepted, but cash, credit and debit cards are accepted.
