Funeral service for Patricia Clackler Smith, age 62, will be held Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. at Vandiver Church of God. Interment will be at Lawleys Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 13 from noon – 2 p.m. at the church.

Ms. Smith passed away Friday, Oct. 9.

She is survived by two sons, Scott Smith and Heath Smith; two daughters, Virginia Smith and Sherri Snider; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Clackler; and sister, Melba Clackler.
