FROM STAFF REPORTS

PELHAM—Individuals traveling on County Road 52 from County Road 11 to Interstate 65 might be forced to find an alternate route Nov. 4, according to a Facebook post by the Pelham Police Department.

The post states that the city has been experiencing problems with the implementation and timing of new traffic signals at Huntley Parkway and McCain Parkway.

As of Nov. 3, the police department was attempting to help with the delays by manually manipulating the traffic signals. The city engineer and some private traffic engineers are working on rectifying this issue, according to the Nov. 3 post.

Engineers from the private firm were analyzing the situation Nov. 3 and are continuing to make necessary adjustments as of Nov. 4.
