Doris Higgins Horton

Doris Higgins Horton met her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Bobbie Higgins.

She is survived by her children, Johnny Garrett, Tracy Billingsley (Tim) and Angela Horton. Nanny was cherished by her grandchildren, Jon Garrett, Kristin Garrett, Meagan Billingsley Deese (Eric), Kaylyn Billingsley, Clint Horton, Austin Horton and great-grandchildren Karly and Anna Grace. She was also survived by her sister, Jo Ann Bailey (Thomas) and brothers, Henry Higgins (Sharon) and Andy Higgins (Vita). Aunt Doris was also adored by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 7 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral service to be held Sunday, Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home Chapel.
