-Domestic violence-harassment from the 1000 block of Fleming Road, Vincent (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 13000 block of County Road 73, Montevallo (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a 2015 Lawrimore single axle trailer valued at $1600, a yellow 54-inch Cub Cadet zero turn riding mower valued at $3000, a green camo 46-inch Cub Cadet zero turn riding mower valued at $3500 and 2 Echo weed eaters valued at $600.

-Death investigation from the 1700 block of County Road 36, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 4200 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were a jewelry box containing multiple items valued at $900, a 55-inch Samsung TV valued at $900, an iPad valued at $400, a Dell computer valued at $500 and an iPod 5 touch valued at $300.

-Receiving stolen property from the 300 block of Strawberry Road, Shelby (residence/home). Recovered was a 2005 Yamaha R6 motorcycle valued at $4000.

-Theft of property from Portobello Road, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a Sthil BR600 Magnum backpack blower valued at $500.

-Discharge of a firearm into occupied vehicle from Highway 280 West and Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged was a 2005 Toyota Tacoma pick-up.

-Miscellaneous incident-information from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5000 block of Willow Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a light tan men’s wallet valued at $25, $20 in US currency, a debit card and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 3000 block of Robing Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 4000 block of Keith Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Garmin GPS valued at $120.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 3000 block of Robing Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Ruger P345 45-caliber pistol valued at $431.90. Damaged was the Driver’s side window of a Ford F-150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5000 block of Willow Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Rhino handheld label maker valued at $600.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Robing Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 6000 block of County Road 26, Columbiana (highway/street). Confiscated was 0.4 grams of white rock believed to be crack cocaine.

-Harassment from the 7000 block of Highway 49, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 0 block of Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged was a crossing bar in the amount of $200.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 block of New Hope Mountain Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from Cahaba Valley Road at Cahaba Valley Cove, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged was the front bumper of a Chevrolet Impala.

-Criminal mischief from the 6200 block of Double Oak Way, Birmingham (field/woods). Damaged were 3 tires of a 2015 Nissan Rogue in the amount of $600.

-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver (residence/home). Damaged was a front window in the amount of $100.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Hickory Wood Lane, Montevallo (other/unknown).

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was $1900.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Highway 46, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a gold necklace with pendant that had sapphires and diamonds valued at $1800, a gold ring with sapphire and diamonds surrounded by gold leaves valued at $600, a white gold ring with large sapphire valued at $600, a diamond engagement ring valued at $1000, $200 in assorted coins, and 2 $2 bills.

-Burglary from the 3000 block of Indian Crest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was the front door frame.

-Death investigation from Hillside Lane, Westover (residence/home).

-Robbery from the 700 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a HP 15-inch notebook computer, a Samsung Galaxy S6, and $100 in US currency.

-Robbery from the 700 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were an Italian issued passport, a brown leather wallet, $892 in US currency, an XBOX One valued at $300, a Samsung Galaxy S3 and a debit card.

-Rape from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 24000 block of Hilburn Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Dewalt air compressor and tank valued at $400.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged was a wooden door frame.

-SORNA violation from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Burglary from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged was the wood core metal entry doors. Stolen was an unknown amount of Loritab pills.

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Polo Way, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 500 block of Tara Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was $350 cash.

-Harassment from the 1000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Ledge Circle, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a Motorola Blackberry.

-Miscellaneous information from Brook Highland shopping center (other/unknown).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Lovette Drive, Columbiana (other/unknown).
