U.S. 280 at Cheshire Drive, located between Westover and Harpersville, is closed on both sides because of a motor vehicle wreck with injuries, according to a Shelby County Sheriff’s Office press release.

The sheriff’s office asks that motorists use Old Highway 280 to go around the wreck until it is cleared.
