Betty Scoggins, age 69, of Columbiana, died Wednesday, Feb. 24.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 28 at Bolton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Shelby Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 28 at Bolton Funeral Home.

She is survived by her children, Ruby Cox, James “Toby” Scoggins; grandchildren, Aaron Parker, Clinton Cox, Harley Cox, Victoria Cox Abbott, James Scoggins, Devin Scoggins, and Megan Ross; three great grandchildren; sisters, Irene Graham, Debbie Baker, Syble Jones, and Carolyn Feltenberger; and numerous other family and friends.
