Sarah Lawrence and Mark Aldridge were married on July 11, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. at Oak Island on Lay Lake.

Sarah is the daughter of Rebecca and Charles Lawrence of Alabaster, and is the granddaughter of the late Ann and Frank Nelson and Mattilene Lawrence and the late Charles Lawrence.

Mark is the son of Karen Aldridge and Bobby Aldridge, and is the grandson of Leon Darnell and the late Laverne Darnell and the late Clara and Boyd Aldridge.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Montevallo.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science from Troy University.

Bridal attendants were Matron of Honor Ashley Jude; bridesmaids Cortney Burns, Laura Bianchi, Leah Wyatt, Ashley Smith, Ashley Tevebaugh, Kelley Vaughn and Sarah Watkins; and flower girls Jesslyn Lawrence and Aldrie Rigdon.

Groom attendants were Best Man Matthew Lowe; groomsmen Phillip Lawrence, Eric Newsom, Josh Deason, Lance Buffkin, John Bynum, Chris Hancock and Timothy Jude; ring bearers Peyton Lawrence, Landen Lawrence and Mitchell Lawrence.

Flowers were blush and ivory roses and hydrangeas.

The bride wore a strapless gown made of re-embroidered, French, chantilly lace, that features a sweetheart neckline and a fluted shape skirt with a chapel train, accented at the waist with a satin and crystal beaded belt.

The bride wore a cathedral veil, lines in French, chantilly lace, custom made to match her gown.

The couple honeymooned for a week in St. John USVI and visited Jost Van Dyke, BVI.

They are now residing in Maylene.
