Audrey A. Lugar, age 93, of Birmingham, formerly of Columbiana, died Monday, March 7.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 10 at Union United Methodist Church with Pastor Henry Prater officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Thursday, March 10 at Union United Methodist Church. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

President and Owner of Music Center Record Distributor. She is a charter member of Briarwood Presbyterian Church, a member of Union United Methodist Church (4320 County Road 32., Wilsonville, AL  35186), a board member of Alabama Cattleman’s Association, the Alabama Cow Belles and was on the Board of Directors for the Shelby County Farmers Federation.

Mrs. Lugar is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil C. Lugar, Sr. and her son, James M. Lugar.

She is survived by her sons, Virgil C. Lugar, Jr. (Vicki), John G. Lugar (Anne); grandsons, Derrick C. Lugar, Virgil Clinton Lugar III, Eli Silverman Foree, and Brad M. Lugar; and numerous other family and friends.
