CHELSEA – A two-vehicle wreck on Old U.S. 280 at Narrows Drive caused a temporary lane closure May 16.
No injuries were reported from the wreck, which blocked one lane of traffic on Old U.S. 280 for about two hours starting at about 7:40 a.m., according to Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Dep. Debbie Sumrall.
One of the vehicles was overturned, Sumrall said.
In addition to the SCSO, Alabama State Troopers and Cahaba Valley Fire and Rescue responded to the incident.
