-Theft of property I from 200 block of May View Court, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen was a Toyota Tacoma valued at $8,000.

-Property damage from Waterstone Way (residence/home). Damaged was an Infinit M45.

-Harassment from the 11000 block of Highway 25 (highway/street).

-Harassment from the 1700 block of 21st Avenue (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III-damage to business property from the 8100 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Damaged was a coin machine.

-Theft of property IV from 700 block of Supercenter Drive (commercial). Stolen was a Kindle Fire tablet valued at $400.

May 6

-Menacing-aggravated assault from Kensington Manor Drive (residence/home). Recovered was a black pocket knife.

-Forgery II from Villiage Lane (residence/home.) Stolen were checks valued at several thousand dollars.

-Theft of property II from Sheep CRSG (residence/home). Stolen were heavy duty wench valued at $1,000, “John Deere” wench valued at $250, Husquavarna chain saw valued at $450, bench grinder valued at $35 and five gallon gas can with high octane fuel valued at $35.

-Theft of property IV from 5100 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Stolen were a wireless FM transmitter valued at $43 and a camera case valued at $7.

-Theft of property IV from 5100 block of U.S. 31 (commercial). Stolen were Black and Decker matric lithium power drill valued at $58 and Brother printer valued at $149.

-Theft of property III from 200 block of Wilson Road (residence/home). White and blue Yamaha dirt bike valued at $500.

 

 

Helena

 

April 28

–Identity theft from Citation Terrace, Helena (residence/home).

–Parole violation from Shelby County Jail, Columbiana (jail/prison).

 

April 29

–Failure to appear from McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

 

April 30

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Tucker Road, Helena. (parking lot/garage). Stolen were various currency valued at $100, a large red/brown plaid purse valued at $25, a driver’s license and a Woodforest Bank Master Card.

–Trespass warning from 8000 block of Shoreside Lane, Helena (residence/home).

–Criminal mischief III from Ruffin Road, Helena (residence/home). Damaged was a glass sliding door to a camper valued at $150.

 

May 1

–Parole violation from Richard Arrington Boulevard, Birmingham (jail/prison).

–Property damage from 7900 block of Shelby County 13, Helena (highway/street). Damages of approximately $3,000 were done to a Toyota 4Runner.

–Criminal mischief III from 4300 Helena Road, Helena (parking lot/garage). Damages of $200, $100 and $50 were done to a crape myrtle tree, three unknown type shrubs, an aluminum flag pole and two head flood light type lights and housings.

–Identity theft from 2600 block of Vixen Street, Helena (residence/home). Recovered was a fraudulent transaction of $475 after bank account information was stolen.

 

May 2

–Distribution of a controlled substance at Shelby County 52 west at Gunner Lane, Helena (highway/street).

–Bail jumping II from Bessemer City Jail, Bessemer (jail/prison).

–Possession of a controlled substance from Squire Drive at Helen Lee Lane, Helena (highway/street). A plastic bag containing a white substance believed to be crack cocaine was seized valued at $80.

 

May 3

–Information report from Helena Parkway, Helena (specialty store).

 

May 4

–Identity theft from 200 block of Lee’s Cove, Helena (supermarket). A forged check of $215 was stolen.

–Damaged property from Shelby County 52, Helena (highway/street). Damages of $130 were done to a front windshield.

–Domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation from McQueen Drive, Helena (residence/home).

–Possession of marijuana II and illegal possession of prescription drugs from Shelby County 17 at Shelby County 58, Helena (convenience store).

–Theft of property III from Frances Lane, Helena (residence/home). A blue topaz ring valued at $700 was stolen.

–Criminal mischief III and criminal trespass III from 1100 block of Amberly Woods Drive, Helena (residence/home). Damages of $500 was done to a back yard fence gate.

–Possession of marijuana I from Shelby County 52 at Shelby County 13, Helena (highway/street). Currency valued at $1,280, a Glock 22 valued at $500, 37.2 grams of marijuana valued at $370 and an iPhone valued at $100 were all seized.

 

Pelham

 

May 3

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Pelham Parkway, Keystone Court.

-Illegal possession/use of a credit/debit card from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence/home). Stolen was an Iberia Bank checking account valued at $1,052.29.

 

May 4

-Theft of property from Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Duralster alternator part valued at $139.99.

-Theft of property from Cahaba Valley Road (commercial). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $75, star bracelet valued at $15, bead bracelets valued at $26, flag watch valued at $15 and traveler CD valued at $12.

-Receiving stolen property from the 100 block of Pelham Heights Road (residence/home). Stolen was a 20-foot aluminum walk board valued at $200, a 32-foot little giant ladder valued at $500 and a 24-foot little giant ladder valued at $300.

-Neg. Worthless Negotiable Instrument from Green Park South.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance from Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Recovered was an altered prescription.

-Harrassment/harassing communications from Huntley Apartment Drive (residence/home).

 

May 5

-Property damage from 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway (residence/home). Damaged was a rear bumper valued at $500.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from 500 block of Cahaba Valley Road (highway/street). Confiscated was Marlboro cigarette pack containing approximately 2.3 grams of suspected marijuana.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from 500 blaock of Cahaba Valley Road (highway/street). Recovered was a metal pipe with marijuana residue.

-Theft of lost property II from Amphitheater Road (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy cellular phone valued at $600.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Cahaba Valley Road (highway/street). Recovered was suspected clonazepam pills in a contact lens case valued at $20.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 100 block of Amphitheater Road (parking lot/garage). Recovered were suspected Tramadol hydrochloride pills in a blue keychain pill holder.

 

May 6

-Neg. Worthless Negotialble Instrument from 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $950.

-Identity theft I from 200 block Calloway Lane (residence/home).

-Sexual abuse I from 800 block of Valleyview Road (parking lot/garage).

-Rape II from 800 block of Valleyview Road (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property by deception from 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was U.S. currency valued at $950.

-Death investigation from the 20 block of Cottage Circle (residence/home).

-Circulating change bills from Helena Road (commercial). Recovered was a counterfeit $20 bill.

-Miscellaneous information from Bowling Lane.

-Theft of property III from 300 block of Walker Way (residence/home). Stolen was a blue ladder valued at $40 and a Honda commercial lawn mover valued at $300.

 

May 7

-Property damaged from 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Damaged were canopy frame and concrete anchors.

-Striking a fixture—leaving the scene from I-65 North (highway/interstate). Damaged was approximately 10’ of steel guardrail and posts.

 

May 8

-Property damage to vehicle from 1000 block of Amphitheater Road (parking lot/garage). Damaged was right rear quarter panel and bumper valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence III harassment from 1000 block of Amphitheater Road (parking lot/garage).

-Property damage from 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence/home). Damaged was left side fender of Toyota Camry valued at $250.

-Illegal possession/use of a credit/debit card from Indianwood Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a Regions Bank Visa debit/credit card valued at $2,002.

-Assault from Southgate MHP.

-Theft of property IV from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a vacuum cleaner valued at $206.01.

-Domestic violence III harassment from Amphitheatre Road (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property III from the parking lot of the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $250.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana I from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (street/highway). Recovered was approximately 100.5 grams of suspected marijuana.

-Possession of drug paraohernalia from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (street/highway). Recovered was a Difit scale, plastic bags, $757 in U.S. currency and a Smith&Wesson.

 

May 9

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway (residence/home). Damaged was tailgate and deb of truck valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property III from the 9300 block of Helena Road (residence/home). Stolen was a black iPhone 6 Plus valued at $800, a red iPhone 6 Plus case valued at $20 and blue Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $200.

-Criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Indianwood Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a glass screen door window valued at $200.

-Theft of peroperty IV from the 200 block of Amphitheater Road (parking lot/garage). Stolen were the tail lights of a listed vehicle valued at $250.

-Property damage to vehicle from 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence/home). Damaged were right headlight and front bumper on 1995 Ford Ranger valued at $500.
