PELHAM – Registration for the 12^th year of Pelham Youth Basketball, which is for third through sixth grade students, begins Oct. 3 at the Pelham Parks and Recreation Office.

The cost is $120 per player. This year’s group will be the last to play games at Pelham High School since the city’s recreation center is scheduled to be completed for the 2017-2018 season, said Parks and Recreation Director Billy Crandall.

Evaluations will be held by Pelham High School’s coach Joel Floyd at Pelham High on Sunday, Oct. 30, for third and fourth grade students from 1-2 p.m. and fifth and sixth grade student from 2-3 p.m.

Crandall said youth basketball teams will play teams from Alabaster, Helena, Calera and Montevallo.

Oct. 3-7 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Oct. 10-14 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.

Oct. 17-21 from 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
