PELHAM – The Greater Shelby Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m. for Select Management Services LLC.

The business, located at 211 Yeager Parkway Suite B, manages homeowner associations, said Andy Healy, community operations coordinator.

Healy said the business, which is three years old, handles finances, negotiates contracts with vendors and handles compliance on behalf of HOAs.

“We help neighborhoods operate as a business,” Healy said. “HOAs hire us to handle the day-to-day operations of their neighborhood.”

Healy said the company moved from Village Parkway in Helena into their new Pelham facility on Aug. 29.

“We love this location because it’s centrally located, it allows us easy access to the communities we serve and it’s easy for others to find,” Healy said.

Select Management Services LLC serves communities in Pelham, Alabaster, McCollough and Hoover.
