PELHAM – The state’s 13th location of Full Moon Bar-B-Que is set to open in Pelham in spring 2017, according to a news release from the company.
The restaurant will be located in a completely renovated 3,200-square-foot space on the end cap of the Pelham Parkway shopping center at the corner of Alabama 119 and U.S. 31.
The restaurant will be the fourth location to be opened by Ajlo Foods, co-owned by Naseem Ajlouny and Chase Ajlouny.
“Having grown up in the city of Pelham, I have had my eye on bringing a Full Moon Bar-B-Que to the area for quite some time,” Naseem Ajlouny said. “We are very excited about this location and look forward to adding our southern-styled barbecue restaurant to the communities growing list of dining options.”
Full Moon Bar-B-Que has been in operation since 1986. The Maluff brothers, David and Joe, have grown the business while continuing a family-owned tradition that caters to people who love barbecue.
