The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from Dec. 7-14:

Dec. 7

-Harassment from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (residence, home).

-Theft of property fourth degree from Target (department store). Stolen were Beats headphones valued at $100.

-Information only report from the 90 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Recovered was a foil pipe.

-Theft of property fourth degree from Dollar General (department store). Stolen was washing detergent valued at $65.80.

-Theft of property third degree from the 1000 block of Grande View Pass (residence, home). Stolen was $1,000 in U.S. currency.

-Identity theft from Miami, Florida (bank). Stolen was $5,600 in U.S. currency.

-Information only report from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (drug store).

-Animal complaint from the 800 block of Honeysuckle Lane (residence, home).

-Identity theft from an unknown location (residence, home). Stolen was $141.94 in U.S. currency.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a 2010 Hyundai Genesis valued at $8,000.

-Animal complaint from Veterans Park.

-Domestic incident from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 1800 block of Apache Way (residence, home).

 

Dec. 9

-Possession of marijuana second degree from the 800 block of First Avenue West (highway, street). Confiscated was a bag of marijuana and a handgun.

-Domestic incident from the 1400 block of Applegate Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property fourth degree from Target (department store). Stolen was an HTC Desire valued at $99.99.

-Information only report from the Alabaster Police Department (government, public building).

-Property damage from Thompson Intermediate School. Damaged were autos in the amount of $2,000.

-Criminal mischief second degree from Airview Lane (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Nissan Altima in the amount of $600.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Glen Abbey Lane (residence, home).

-Property damage form  Walmart (department store). Damaged was a Dodge Ram in the amount of $500.

 

Dec. 10

-Information only report from Third Place Southeast (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 200 block of Warwick Lane (residence, home). Confiscated was a Taurus pistol.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1400 block of Amberley Woods Cove (residence, home). Damaged was a Buick Lacrosse in the amount of $2,000.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Berkshire Manor Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property fourth degree form Alabaster Beauty Supply (department store). Stolen were items totaling $30.

-Theft of property fourth degree and alias writ of arrest from Verizon Wireless (department store). Stolen were credit cards and recovered were clothing, items, an HP notebook, computer software and drugs.

-Information only report from the 500 block of Highway 119 (drug store).

-Domestic incident from Barkley Circle (residence, home).

 

Dec. 11

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the 1400 block of Highway 17 (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana and a handgun.

-Found property from Enterprise Rent a Car (other, unknown). Recovered was a Glock 19 valued at $450.

-Information only report from Alabaster (highway, street).

 

Dec. 12

-Theft of lost property fourth degree (bar). Stolen was a Samsung phone valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree (other, unknown). Stolen were a backpack valued at $100, a debit card, a Mexico ID, Medicaid, $200 in U.S. currency and damaged was a Honda Odyssey in the amount of $400.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree (other, unknown). Stolen were credit cards, $200 in U.S. currency, a purse valued at $150 and damaged was a Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $600.

-Abandoned vehicle from I-65 southbound (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Timberleaf Circle.

-Criminal mischief third degree and criminal trespass third degree (residence, home). Damaged was a window screen.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana second degree (convenience store). Confiscated were a grinder, two pipes and marijuana.

 

Dec. 13

-Domestic incident third degree and harassment from the 500 block of Lane Park Run (residence, home). Damaged were flower vases in the amount of $75 and a glass candle holder in the amount of $25.

-Excessive or unreasonable noises from the 100 block of Glen Abbey Way (residence, home).

-Theft of property fourth degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Lake Lane (residence, home). Stolen were grinders valued at $100 and a generator valued at $300.

-Theft of property fourth degree and criminal trespass third degree from the 200 block of Kensington Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Big Al.

-Open door from the 400 block of Navajo Trail (residence, home).

-Property damage from Interstate 65 south (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford Tauris in the amount of $500.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree from the 400 block of Navajo Trail (residence, home). Stolen were ceramic tea pots valued at $100 and a plastic painter valued at $7.

-Information only report from the 1500 block of Applegate Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Camry in the amount of $2,150.

-Receiving stolen property third degree from Hibbett Sports (department store). Recovered were miscellaneous clothing items.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Parliament Road (residence, home).

-Violation of a family violence protection order from the 1400 block of Applegate Drive (residence, home).

Dec. 5

–Incident from Glen Gate Drive, Bessemer (other/unknown).

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 4200 block of Plantation Palace, Helena (residence/home). Stolen was a notary seal valued at $25 and a Husky brand canvas bag full of coins valued at $20.

–Medical call from 100 block of Sports Complex Drive, Helena (government/public building).

 

Dec. 6

–Theft of property IV from 2600 block of Hawthorne Lake Road, Helena (residence/home). A check book was stolen.

–Bail jumping II from Pleasant Grove Police Department (jail/prison).

 

Dec. 7

–Recovered stolen vehicle from Highway 93, Helena (field/woods). Recovered was a 2016 orange and black Kubota valued at $15,070.

 

Dec. 8

–Burglary II from 100 block of Orchard Lane, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were three pairs of Nike tennis shoes size 12 valued at $180, one Columbia jacket valued at $80 and one Polo jacket valued at $80. Damages estimated at $100 were done to a wooden back door.

–Natural death from Helena (residence/home).

–Criminal mischief III from 400 block of Tocoa Road, Helena (residence/home). A left passenger side quarter panel was damaged valued at $150.

–Theft of property IV from Walmart Market, Helena (supermarket). Stolen was one leather purse valued at $22 and assorted makeup valued at $22.

–Identity theft from Amberley Woods Drive, Helena (other/unknown).

–Theft of property III from 800 block of Madison Lane, Helena (construction). Stolen was a stainless steel Maytag stove valued at $450 and damages valued at $450 were done to a floor and cabinets.

 

Dec. 13

–Warrant arrest from Commerce Circle, Birmingham (government/public building).

–Bail jumping II from I-65 south at exit 243, Pelham (highway/street).

–Theft of property IV from 500 block of South Shades Crest Road, Helena (restaurant). Stolen were three Bark Buster metal motorcycle guards valued at $150 and one Michelin off road motorcycle tire valued at $100.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Hillsboro Lane, Helena (residence/home). Assorted cash valued at $120 and multiple credit cards were stolen.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana from Oak Mountain Circle (hotel/motel). Recovered was .57 grams of suspected marijuana, phenobarbital tablet, smoking pipe, syringes and a spoon with suspected drug residue valued at $17.

-Third-degree domestic violence from 100 block of Oaklyn Hills Drive (residence/home).

-Third-degree criminal mischief from Indianwood Drive (residence/home). Goodyear tires damaged, $460 value.

 

Dec. 7

-Leaving scene of accident from Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Front bumper of a 2005 Honda Accord damaged.

-Property damage from Big Mountain Circle (unknown). Damage to a 2015 Ford Explorer valued at $100.

-Property damage from 100 block of Stonehaven Trail (residence/home). Mailbox damage valued at $35.

Dec. 9

-Fourth-degree theft of property from Pelham Parkway (department store). Recovered was a duffle bag, packs of baby back ribs, packs of smoked sausage and packs of bacon valued at $94.

-Fourth-degree theft of property from Belcher Drive (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an Alabama license plate.

 

Dec. 10

-Illegal possession/use of a credit/debit card from Pelham Parkway (unknown). Recovered items included an HP Stream Notebook valued at $229, an RCA 11-inch Maven Pro valued at $138, an RCA 10-inch Viking Pro valued at $98, Wells Fargo credit card and clothing valued at $107.

-License required to conceal pistol from Cahaba Valley Road (highway/street). Recovered was a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson, a .40 caliber magazine and 14 rounds of .40 caliber ammunition valued at $335.

 

Dec. 11

-Third-degree domestic violence (harassment) from 100 block of East Stonehaven Circle (residence/home)

-Second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana from Cahaba Valley Road (highway/street). Recovered was 1 gram of suspected marijuana and marijuana cigarette valued at $10.

 

 

Dec. 12

-Miscellaneous information from Bowling Lane (parking lot/garage).

-Fourth-degree theft of property from 100 block of Heather Ridge Drive (residence/home). Recovered was an illuminated nativity scene set valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 300 block of Huntley Apartment Drive (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a mens wallet, an Alabama pistol permit, a two credit card valued at $45.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Huntley Apartment Drive (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a stereo system valued at $200.

-Second-degree theft of property and third-degree criminal mischief from 100 block of Drivers Way (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Goodyear tire valued at $1,200 and damaged was the undercarriage of a 2011 Dodge Challenger.

-Third-degree domestic violence (assault) from Commerce Parkway (specialty store).

 

Dec. 13

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana from Bowling Lane (commercial). Recovered was 7.7 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $20 and pills valued at $5.

-Fourth-degree theft of property from Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Recovered were CDs valued at $15.

-Fourth-degree theft of property from Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Stolen were Barbie and T Rex toys valued at $108.84.

-Violation of protection order from Pelham Parkway (restaurant).
