Third-degree criminal mischief from Bishop Circle (hotel/motel). Damaged was the windshield of a 2006 Nissan Titan, valued at $400.

 

First-degree theft of property from Hilltop Business Center Drive (parking lot/garage). A 2013 Kai Forte valued at $10,000 was stolen.

 

Unlawful breaking and entering into a vehicle from Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Driver’s side door handle damage valued at $50. Regions Bank deposit slips, debit card, starter checks, Belk gift card and $50 U.S. currency stolen, all valued at $103.

 

Unawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Creekside Circle (residence/home). Black pistol, magazines for a 9mm pistol, a blade knife, a Microsoft Surface Pro-3 with keyboard and a Go-Pro Hero 3 video camera were stolen, all valued at $3,469.

 

Theft of property from the 2000 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Food, a HP lap top and a LED HDTV stolen, all valued at $639.50.

 

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Oak Mountain Circle (hotel/motel). Suspected heroin and metal spoons with residue recovered, valued at $41.

 

Possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of controlled substances from Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Suspected methamphetamine piped with residue and Cigarillos containing suspected marijuana recovered, valued $25.

Second degree unlawful possession of marijuana from Intestate 65 South (highway/street). About 1.2 grams of suspected marijuana, plastic cylinder with residue, plastic pack of cigars, valued at $56.

 

Giving a false name and possession of drug paraphernalia from Southgate Drive (highway/street). Glass pipe used for smoking narcotics and silver and black BB handgun recovered, valued at $60.

 

Fourth-degree theft of property from Pelham Parkway (department store). A red Coleman mini bike valued at $299 was stolen.

 

Theft of property from Pelham Parkway (department store). Equate nicotine gum valued at $25.98 was stolen.

Third-degree burglary and first-degree theft of property from the 100 block of Chase Creek Terrace (residence/home). Stolen was a Chrome Dell Inspiron lap top valued at $2,700, a MacBook Pro valued at $1,699, a Dewalt hand-held drill valued at $125 and a belt sander valued at $50.

 

Property damage from Southgate Drive (parking lot). A rear gate and a rear bumper was damaged, valued at $2,000.

 

Third-degree theft of property from Pelham Parkway (supermarket). LG 49-inch television, an assisted walker, blood pressure monitor, sirloin steaks, cocktail mix and Busch Light 30 pack of beer, all valued at $619.74, was stolen.

Property damage from Alabama 11 (highway/street). Damage to a 2012 Nissan Versa was valued at $5,000.

Theft of property from Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were batteries, candy and a beverage valued at $48.20.

 

Unlawful possession of a controlled substances from Pelham Parkway (parking lot/garage). Recovered was 0.20 grams of oxycodone, 0.25 grams of Clonazepam, 0.40 grams of methylphenidate, a blue plastic straw with residue and a plastic case, valued at $50.
