The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 17-23.
Feb. 17
-Felony fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. $700 was stolen from a debit card.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 11, Chelsea. Five Adderall and four Vivance were recovered.
-Domestic violence-strangulation from the 1100 Block of Hwy. 46, Shelby.
-Public intoxication from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of AL-Youth Drive, Westover.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Kennebrew Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the area of Hwy. 43 and Hwy. 25, Vandiver.
-Felony theft of property from an unknown location. A semi auto pistol 9 mm valued at $250 was stolen.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 Block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 400 Block of Quail Ridge Lane, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from the 400 Block of Quail Ridge Lane, Wilsonville.
-Missing person from the 8000 Block of Hwy. 155, Montevallo.
-Accidental Tazer discharge from the Court Deputy’s Office/Shelby County Courthouse.
Feb. 18
-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A Roku 4K TV valued at $428 was stolen.
-Felony domestic violence by strangulation from the 2400 Block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from 32 Kings Ranch Drive/Back Forty Home, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from the 1300 Block of Willow Oaks Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 500 Block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.
-Public intoxication from the 30000 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilsonville.
-Harassment from the 100 Block of Reach Way, Birmingham.
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 500 Block of Chelsea Way, Chelsea.
-Harassment from the 3500 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous information/vehicle pursuit from Hwy. 280 West between Resource Center Parkway and Red Mountain Expressway. A 2016 Hyundai Tucson was damaged/destroyed.
Feb. 19
-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 9000 Block of County Road 51, Sterrett.
-Missing person-juvenile runaway from the 100 Block of AL-Youth Drive, Westover.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of County Road 204, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous information-abandoned vehicle from Longmeadow Road at Turtle Dove Lane, Alabaster.
-Property damage from Valleydale Road in the area of Shadow Wood Park. A Chevrolet Cruze was damaged/destroyed.
-Felony burglary and theft of property from the 500 Block of Duck Cove Road, Shelby. A 1996 Yamaha 60 HP boat motor, trolling motor, miscellaneous Craftsman tools, Fluke multi-meter, Husqvarna chainsaw and Milwakee grinder valued at a total of $7,670 were stolen.
-Domestic investigation from Hwy. 55, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 4000 Block of Hwy. 93, Helena.
-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 200 Block of 315, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 0 Block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 4100 Block of County Road 93, Helena. A front windshield sustained $250 in damage.
-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 800 Block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. A bracelet valued at $75 was stolen and recovered.
Feb. 20
-Harassing communications from Chicago, Illinois.
-Domestic investigation from the 2800 Block of Hwy. 10, Montevallo.
-Missing person-runaway from Chevy Lane.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 Block of Strickland Road, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 Block of Strickland Road, Columbiana.
-Felony theft of property from the 0 Block of Brantley Lake Drive, Maylene. 23 $100 bills and assorted smaller bills and a gold wristwatch valued at a total of $2,750 were stolen.
-Felony theft of property from the 0 Block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham. A gold ring, antique wedding set piece platinum ring and an antique wedding set piece platinum ring with diamonds valued at a total of $10,800 were stolen.
-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Trails End Road, Chelsea. 22 Percocet were stolen, and an SD card from a game camera was recovered.
-Missing person-adult from the 100 Block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 400 Block of Hillandel Drive, Hoover.
-Felony possession of a forged instrument from the 100 Block of Market Place Circle, Calera.
-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Market Place Drive, Calera. $2,404.67 was stolen.
Feb. 21
-Felony possession of burglar’s tools and criminal tampering from the 1200 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 19000 Block of Hwy. 145, Shelby. A class ring, cooler, Dr. Seuss books and backpack, and subspeaker valued at a total of $1,550 were stolen.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 500 Block of County Road 406, Shelby. An Alabama tag was stolen.
-Harassing communications from the 5200 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana.
-Criminal mischief third degree from the 2400 Block of Mallard Drive, Birmingham. Two tires for a 2012 Ford Focus valued at $300 were stolen.
-Missing person-adult from the 12000 Block of County Road 43, Vandiver.
-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 0 Block of Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham.
-Felony illegal possession or fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 5800 Block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.
-Felony identity theft from the 0 Block of Duck Cove Drive, Shelby.
-Domestic incident from the 300 Block of Hwy. 335, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 Block of Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham.
-Duty to give information (left scene of an accident) from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280 East.
-Felony theft of property from 5499 U.S. Hwy. 280. A LED lightbar valued at $1,000 was stolen.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 7900 Block of Hwy. 11 Lot 27, Chelsea.
-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from Hampton, Virginia.
Feb. 22
-Property damage from the 200 Block of Inverness Center Drive. A sprinkler head, shrub and 10-foot section of sod were damaged/destroyed.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 0 Block of Bluebird Drive, Maylene.
-Felony theft of property from 31195 Hwy. 25, Wilsonville. $647 cash, three credit/debit cards and a wallet containing an Alabama drivers license and Social Security card were stolen.
-Felony burglary and criminal mischief from the 400 Block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A sliding screen door valued at $100 was damaged/destroyed.
-Forgery from Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Bluebird Drive, Maylene.
-Reckless endangerment from the 800 Block of Hwy. 491, Vandiver.
-Criminal mischief from the 6600 Block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham. An apartment window sustained $300 in damage.
-Domestic violence-criminal mischief and theft of property from County Road 338, Chelsea. $200 in U.S. currency was stolen and an assortment of clothing valued at $500 was damaged.
-Felony theft of property from the 10000 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea. An Apple iPhone 7 Plus valued at $577.62 was stolen.
-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 5300 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A Macbook Pro laptop, college textbook and other school supplies, headphones, jacket, miscellaneous clothing and hygiene supplies, and backpack valued at a total of $1,860 were stolen; and the passenger side door handle and key hole lock of a vehicle was damaged/destroyed.
Feb. 23
-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Deer Valley Lane, Pelham.
-Fire investigation from the 200 Block of Berry Lane, Pelham. A 2010 Ford F-150 was damaged/destroyed.
-Animal cruelty from the 0 Block of Arwood Drive, Montevallo.
-DUI and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Hwy. 70 at Town Creek Apartments. Xanax, digital scales with multiple clear bags, HiPoint .45 pistol with magazine and .45 caliber bullets were confiscated.
-Felony identity theft from the 2000 Block of Blue Heron Circle. A credit card valued at $581.78 was stolen.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 Block of Tomlyn Road, Montevallo.
-Harassment from the 200 Block of Liberty Lane.
-Public intoxication from the 5300 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingha.
