Shelley A. Johnson, age 65, of Wilsonville, passed away Sunday, Aug. 27.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 2 at Union – The Church at Chelsea Park. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 2 at the church with Pastor Henry Prater officiating. The burial will follow at Cahaba Heights Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Johnson was retired from the Coast Guard Reserve as a Yeoman Chief after serving 21 years.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband of 44 years, David L.W. Johnson; daughter, Kim Goddard (Kevin); two granddaughters, Samantha and Leia; and sisters, Debra Ishmael, Kathy Looney, and Barbara Tassa.
