The annual Shelby County Showcase of Bands was held on Tuesday, Sept. 26, hosted by Oak Mountain High School at Heardmont Park. The event was a chance for residents to see performances from all seven high school marching bands in the Shelby County School System: Montevallo, Vincent, Shelby County, Calera, Chelsea, Helena and Oak Mountain.
