Anon B.”Joe” Abernathy

Mr. Anon B.”Joe” Abernathy passed away Tuesday, Sept. 26. He was born on Aug. 27, 1938.

Graveside Services will be Thursday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. at Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton.

He was married to Mrs. Laura Faye Dopson on September 25, 1982.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Faye Abernathy; children, Bobby R. Cleckler (Laura), Greg Cleckler (Mary) and Laura Turner (Bobby); brother, Ray N. Dopson; 19 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
