Sunday afternoon in Coalmont. There was not much entertainment in the mining camps, which meant residents had to create their own. People would gather to visit, exchange gossip and news, and often pose for a camera. This 1920s pose shows, from left to right, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Stobert, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Minshew and Mrs. Tom Bradford. A young Haywood Minshew is in the front. (Contributed/City of Helena Museum)
