HELENA–Helena High School had a big day the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 7, as 10 seniors across five different sports were honored during a National Signing Day assembly at the school.

The HHS gymnasium was packed with administrators, teachers, coaches, students and parents as the athletes were honored for their hard work and dedication to make it to the next level.

Helena High School Principal April Brand said the last four years were special watching each student grow and mature.

“I want to say how proud I am of them and how much I’ve enjoyed watching them grow, develop and mature in the last four years,” Brand said. “I can’t wait to see what they do the rest of their lives and I know you will make Helena proud, your community, your parents and our school proud so thank you again.”

In all, Helena had three softball players, three baseball players, two football players, one volleyball player and one girls basketball player sign a letter of intent.
