FROM STAFF REPORTS

INDIAN SPRINGS VILLAGE – Our Lady of the Valley Catholic School will hold its 17th annual Building a Lasting Legacy (BALL)—the PTO’s main fundraising event—on Saturday, Feb. 24.

Tickets to the event are still available, as are opportunities for corporate and family sponsorships.

In the past, the BALL has funded new technology for the school, upgrades to the science lab and enhancements to the playground, and has helped maintain smaller classroom sizes.

All proceeds from the event go to the school.

The BALL offers great music, food, dance and fellowship, making it the perfect occasion to introduce families to the church and school. Corporate and family sponsorships are a great way to promote local businesses while also showing support for the school.

More information on the BALL, including ticket information and pricing, as well as information on sponsorships, can be found at OLVBALL.com or by emailing Selena Harrison or Katie Ceasar at sponsor@olvball.com.

Founded in 1984, Our Lady of the Valley Catholic School serves pre-K through eighth grade students in a Christ-centered learning environment that fosters academic excellence, positive moral development and community service.

Located in the Indian Springs community, the private school is accredited through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and has twice been named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education.
