CALERA – LakeHills Church in Calera is hosting an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, March 31.

Pastor Josh Howell said the hunt will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the Eagle Sports Complex. The event will include food trucks, inflatables, and 10,000 candy-filled eggs for children to hunt.

The egg hunt will be broken into age groups: newborn to 3 years old, 4-6 years old and 7-12 years old. Howell said there will be a separate egg hunt for children with special needs.

“We saw it as a need in the community,” Howell said. “We have several special needs children at our church and we wanted to make sure that everyone is included.”

Families can register for the event on the LakeHills Church Facebook page or at the gate on the day of the event.
