Vincent in the Park coming up July 28

VINCENT – Locals will have a chance to enjoy everything from a fireworks display to kids’ activities and a cruise-in car show in late July during the annual Vincent in the Park event.
The celebration will be held at Vincent Municipal Park near the intersection of U.S. 231 and Shelby County 62 from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, July 28.
Admission is free, but event organizers are requesting attendees bring a pack of Expo markers to be distributed to the city’s schools.
The event, which is being presented by the Vincent Park and Recreation Board, will feature arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, a cruise-in car show and a large fireworks display. Entertainment will be provided by Norris Dates of Power Surge and other musical acts, and a kids’ area will feature carnival rides, a ride-on train and more.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair to the family friendly event.
