July 2

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2600 block of Inverness Landing (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 280 near Highway 62 (highway, street).

-Fire investigation and property damage from Highway 40 in Wilsonville (residence, home). Damaged was a house in the amount of $1,100.

-Domestic investigation from County Road 43 and Highway 25 in Vandiver (parking lot, garage).

-Criminal trespass from the 4600 block of Highway 280 in Birmingham (supermarket).

-Death investigation from Double Creek Lane in Wilsonville (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous incident from McDow Road in Columbiana (jail, prison).

-Theft of property from the 4900 block of Cahaba Valley Trace in Birmingham (residence, home). Stolen were property deeds, vehicle titles and $700.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Indian Lake Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a pressure washer valued at $550, a chainsaw valued at $400 and a leaf blower valued at $150.

-Domestic violence third degree – harassing communications from the 7000 block of Highway 11 in Chelsea (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 8000 block of Highway 11 in Chelsea (residence, home). Stolen were $2,000 in clothing, $100 in jewelry and a $20 basketball.

-Injury to or destruction of state property from McDow Road in Columbiana (jail, prison). Damaged was an antenna in the amount of $150.

-Sodomy from the 100 block of Inverness Lane (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree from the 14000 block of Highway 280 in Chelsea (storage facility).

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from Highway 270 in Montevallo (commercial). Stolen was $12,000 worth of cable and damaged were a lock and a fence.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Birmingham Street in Montevallo (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from the 1100 block of First Street South in Alabaster (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1500 block of Springfield Loop E in Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a pistol valued at $499.

-Miscellaneous information from the Kenley Apartments in Birmingham (other, unknown).

-Identity theft from the 5600 block of Highway 10 in Montevallo (residence, home). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $799.99.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Southern Hills Circle in Calera (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree from the 100 block of Highway 402 in Shelby (restaurant). Stolen were a shotgun valued at $250 and a LED bar.

-Receiving stolen property from Highway 31 at Philip Davis Street in Pelham (highway, street). Confiscated was a revolver.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from Stonegate Drive in Birmingham (residence, home). Stolen were business checks valued at $879.

-Criminal mischief from the 16000 block of Highway 42 in Shelby (residence, home). Damaged was a brake line in the amount of $100.

-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Camp Branch Circle in Alabaster (residence, home).

 

July 5

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 5600 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were headlights for a BMW valued at $150.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from various locations in Shelby County (specialty store). Stolen was $1,704.61.

-SONRA violation from McDow Road in Columbiana (other, unknown).

-Property damage from Highway 52 at Ferrell Drive in Bessemer (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Nelson Circle (residence, home).

-Disorderly conduct and resisting arrest from the 100 block of Anchor Way (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 near Kent Dairy Road in Alabaster (highway, street). Confiscated was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 700 block of Heatherwood Drive in Birmingham (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox.

-Disorderly conduct from the 5400 block of Highway 280 (specialty store).

-Property damage from the 100 block of Chelsea Station (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Deseret Drive in Shelby (residence, home). Recovered was an air compressor valued at $250, a saw valued at $250, a saw valued at $120, a battery charger valued at $400 and a jumpstarter valued at $40. Stolen were a generator valued at $150 and hand tools valued at $400.

-Miscellaneous incident from the area of Rock School Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280 in Chelsea (department store). Stolen was a Roku valued at $348.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 100 block of Dana Drive in Montevallo (residence, home). Damaged was a residence.

 

July 6

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 17000 block of Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Samsung Galaxy valued at $150, a charger valued at $20, a CB radio valued at $60 and a Bluetooth headset with earbuds valued at $20.

-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Buck Horn Cove (residence, home).

-Missing person from the 1000 block of Camp Branch Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Buck Horn Cove (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Cahaba Valley Road at Highway 280 (highway, street). Recovered were marijuana, bottles and a bottle cap with socket containing marijuana residue.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive in Montevallo (residence, home). Stolen were suboxone strips, $450, a $110 gift card, a phone and two rings.

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Smokey Road in Alabaster (residence, home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Indian Crest Drive (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous incident and agency assist from the 4000 block of Sussex Road in Birmingham (residence, home). Damaged was a door.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the 100 block of Chelsea Point Drive (terminal). Stolen was a cashier check.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Truss Curry Circle in Shelby (residence, home). Recovered were syringes with drug residue.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Jonesboro Circle (residence, home). Confiscated were a syringe, foil with burnt residue on top and aluminum foil containing an unknown rubbery substance.

-Harassing communications from Beacon Drive in Vandiver (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 3600 block of Tall Timber Drive in Birmingham (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox door in the amount of $30.

-Criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Stone Bridge Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a metal mailbox.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 block of Highway 280 in Birmingham (hotel, motel). Damaged was a Dodge Ram 1500.

-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane in Birmingham (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 7200 block of Whitetail Drive in Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet Avalanche in the amount of $1,800.
