HELENA – Newcastle Homes announces plans to open a new community in the Helena area.
The Cove at Helena will feature modern farmhouse style with strong exterior architecture and open floorplans. Newcastle Homes has partnered with Newcastle Construction, LLC to develop 50 home sites in Helena off Shelby County 17 across from their previous Helena Station development. The Cove at Helena will include single family homes and a select number of basement home sites. As the exclusive builder in The Cove at Helena, Newcastle will offer specially designed Modern Farmhouse floorplans starting in the upper $200,000 range.
“The Modern Farmhouse has been gaining in popularity for several years now,” Glenn Siddle, President and CEO of Newcastle Homes, said. “Our goal with The Cove development is to build never-seen-before-in-our-market floorplans to meet this increasing consumer demand.”
On-site development is currently ongoing and is expected to reach completion in late summer. Sales agents are now accepting lot reservations which will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
Newcastle Homes was named for Siddle’s father’s hometown of Newcastle, England. Newcastle Homes was started in 1997 by Glenn Siddle. Since driving that first nail, Siddle has gone on to build dream homes for more than 1,500 owners all over Alabama. Newcastle is celebrating 20 years of developing personal relationships with homebuyers and building carefully crafted homes in 12 thoughtfully planned communities across the Birmingham area and Lake Martin.
