-Jacob Thomas Graham, 19, Helena, driving under the influence of alcohol possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Christopher Jacob Giles, 27, Calera, failure to comply with court order and public intoxication.

-Timothy William Seay, 34, Crestview, Florida, giving false information to law enforcement officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Devon Andrew Wilbanks, 21, Chelsea, three counts of failure to appear.

-Lee Ann Brand, 39, Jemison, escape first degree.

-Matthew Kline Vinyard, 31, Alabaster, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
